Fort Lauderdale, or through this secure website. Orders received by 3pm (EST) for items in stock will
ship the same day. You, our customer is our number one priority. |

Payment to be made in

honors Cash, Visa, Master Card, American Express, PayPal (shipping
to verified address) and House
Accounts.
If you wish to pick up (Will Call) your order at one of our
warehouses, create your order as a Purchase Order using
the phrase 'WILL CALL' as your Purchase Order number. When
your order has been received and processed, you will be
contacted with the total amount, (no shipping charges for Will
Call orders) and when your items will be ready to pick up. |
Prices are FOB Fort
Lauderdale, Florida, or Factory, unless otherwise stated. Shipping
charges are applied to each shipment.
Shipping expenses are passed through to you, our
customer. |
Website orders - Shipping charged are 'best
calculation'. The actual shipping amount above our expense will be
refunded to you, our customer, at the time of shipment. You never
need to ask. |

For any merchandise delivered to a
Florida address, we are required to charge you Florida sales
tax, unless we have a current signed Florida sales tax exempt
certificate on file for you. The website will automatically add
tax to any shipment to a Florida address. If you have a house
exempt account or are an exempt account, a correct invoice will
be issued or a refund will be remitted when the shipment is
completed. |

is unclear, please email us or call your salesperson before placing

pricing may apply for currently available products. Ask your RM&E
sales representative. Sale of special
promotions, on-sale, lots, clearance or used items are final and
subject to availability, prior sale, limited quantity or time limit
and are excluded from any additional discounts or discount codes. |
Geographical
Limitations / Qualified Customers / Product licensing requirement - Some products carried by
Recording Media & Equipment, Inc. can only be sold to certain types
of end users, exporters, resellers, customers, sold only in the
United States or sold only within our sales territories or
boundaries or sold only outside the continental United States. If a
product you wish to purchase cannot be sold to you because of, but
not limited to, these
restrictions, we will try to offer alternate choices to you. |
Order Acceptance Policy
- Your receipt of an order confirmation does not signify our
acceptance of your order, nor does it constitute confirmation of our
offer to sell. Recording Media & Equipment, Inc. reserves the right
at any time after receipt of your order to accept or decline your
order for any reason or to supply less than the quantity you ordered
of any item. All orders placed must be approved with an acceptable
method of payment, as established by our credit department. Credit
Card / PayPal sales: Ship to address must be the same as the Credit Card bill to
address, or PayPal's confirmed ship to address, unless prior arrangements have been approved. |
Returns:
Please obtain your Return Merchandize Authorization (RMA) number from your
RM&E sales
representative. Returns must have return authorization approval.
Returns without a return authorization approval will be refused. |
Privacy / Security: We do not share your email
address, phone number or credit card information with any 3rd party except as necessary to fulfill transactions
that you initiate. Personal information such as credit card
number, etc, is encrypted. We do this to protect you from
unauthorized use of the information you may be communicating to
us. Our website does not use cookies. If you logged in
during your visit to our website, you are automatically logged
off when you leave our website. |

Equipment, Inc. is open from 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Eastern Time, Monday through Friday. We
are closed for recognized holidays: New Years Day, Independence
Day, Memorial Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day and day after,
Christmas Day through the end of the year (RM&E's
annual employee vacation).
